A nd it shall come to pass, as I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to overthrow, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them to build, and to plant, saith Jehovah.

Aşa cum am vegheat asupra lor ca să-i smulg, să-i tai, să-i dărâm, să-i nimicesc şi să le fac rău, tot aşa voi veghea asupra lor ca să-i zidesc şi să-i plantez, zice Domnul.
