Jeremiah 21:9 ~ Ieremia 21:9

H e that abideth in this city shall die by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence; but he that goeth out, and deserteth to the Chaldeans that besiege you, he shall live, and his life shall be unto him for a prey.

Cine va rămâne în cetatea aceasta va muri ucis de sabie, de foamete sau de molimă; dar cine va ieşi să se predea caldeenilor care vă asediază, va trăi şi viaţa lui îi va fi singura pradă.
