A nd I was like a tame lamb is led to the slaughter; and I knew not that they devised devices against me, Let us destroy the tree with the fruit thereof, and let us cut him off from the land of the living, that his name may be no more remembered.

А я був, мов лагідна вівця, що провадять її на заколення, і не знав, що на мене вони вимишляли затії: Понищмо це дерево з плодом його, і з краю живих його витнім, і ймення його не згадається більше!
