S hake thyself from the dust; arise, sit down, Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, captive daughter of Zion.

انفُضِي الغُبارَ، قُومِي يا قُدسُ المَسبِيَّةُ، حُلِّي السَّلاسِلَ الَّتِي عَلَى عُنقِكِ، أيَّتُها العَزِيزَةُ صِهْيَوْنُ المَسبِيَّةُ.
