c alling a bird of prey from the east, the man of my counsel from a far country. Yea, I have spoken, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.

Yo llamo desde el oriente, desde un país lejano al hombre que está en mis planes, y que es un ave de rapiña. Ya lo he dicho, y lo haré venir; ya lo he pensado, y así lo haré.
