Isaiah 40:24 ~ Isaías 40:24

S carcely are they planted, scarcely are they sown, scarcely hath their stock taken root in the earth, but he also bloweth upon them and they wither, and the whirlwind taketh them away as stubble.

Apenas han sido plantados, apenas han sido sembrados, apenas ha arraigado en la tierra su tallo, cuando El sopla sobre ellos, y se secan, y la tempestad como hojarasca se los lleva.
