A nd the land is polluted under the inhabitants thereof; for they have violated the laws, changed the statute, broken the everlasting covenant.

căci ţara a fost spurcată de locuitorii ei; ei călcau legile, nu ţineau poruncile, şi rupeau legămîntul cel vecinic!
