T hy head upon thee is like Carmel, And the locks of thy head like purple; The king is fettered by ringlets!

رَأسُكِ يُتَوِّجُكِ كَجَبَلِ الكَرْمِلِ. خُصلاتُ شَعرِكِ كَسِتارَةٍ أُرجُوانِيَّةٍ، يَتَعَلَّقُ المَلِكُ بِأهدابِها.
