B ecause sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the children of men is fully set in them to do evil.

لا يُعاقَبُ النّاسُ فَوْراً عَلَى شَرِّهِمْ، فِلِماذا لا يَفعَلُ الآخَرُونَ الشَّرِّ أيْضاً؟
