W hy should the Egyptians speak, and say, For misfortune he has brought them out, to slay them on the mountains, and to annihilate them from the face of the earth? Turn from the heat of thine anger, and repent of this evil against thy people!

¿Por qué han de hablar los Egipcios, diciendo: ‘Con malas intenciones los ha sacado, para matarlos en los montes y para exterminarlos de la superficie de la tierra ’? Vuélvete del ardor de Tu ira, y desiste de hacer daño a Tu pueblo.
