A nd Jehovah said to Moses, Write this a memorial in the book, and rehearse in the ears of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under the heavens.

Then the Lord said to Moses, “ Write this in a book as a memorial and recite it to Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven.”
