A nd it was told the king of Egypt that the people had fled; and the heart of Pharaoh and of his bondmen was turned against the people, and they said, Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from our service?

Cuando le anunciaron al rey de Egipto que el pueblo había huido, Faraón y sus siervos cambiaron de actitud (corazón) hacia el pueblo, y dijeron: “¿Qué es esto que hemos hecho, que hemos permitido que Israel se fuera y dejaran de servirnos?”
