i n those days, when the king Ahasuerus sat on the throne of his kingdom, which was in Shushan the fortress,

حَكَمَ المَلِكُ أحَشْويِرُوشَ فِي تِلْكَ الأيَّامِ مِنْ عَرْشِ مُلكِهِ فِي قَصْرِ العاصِمَةِ شُوشَنَ.
