a ll the people gathered together as one man to the open place that was before the water-gate; and they spoke to Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of Moses, which Jehovah had commanded Israel.

Y JUNTOSE todo el pueblo como un solo hombre en la plaza que está delante de la puerta de las Aguas, y dijeron á Esdras el escriba, que trajese el libro de la ley de Moisés, la cual mandó Jehová á Israel.
