A nd in the days of Artaxerxes, Bishlam, Mithredath, Tabeel, and the rest of his companions, wrote to Artaxerxes king of Persia; and the writing of the letter was written in Aramaic, and interpreted in Aramaic.

Şi pe vremea lui Artaxerxe, Bişlam, Mitredat, Tabeel, şi ceilalţi tovarăşi de slujbă ai lor, au scris lui Artaxerxe, împăratul Perşilor. Scrisoarea a fost scrisă cu slove aramaice şi tălmăcită în limba aramaică.
