T he king sent an answer to Rehum the chancellor, and Shimshai the scribe, and the rest of their companions that dwell in Samaria, and the other places beyond the river: Peace, and so forth.

Da sandte der König ein Antwort an Rehum, den Kanzler, und Simsai, den Schreiber, und die andern ihres Rates, die in Samaria wohnten und in den andern Orten jenseits des Wassers: Friede und Gruß!
