A nd they stripped him, and took his head, and his armour, and sent into the land of the Philistines round about, to announce the glad tidings to their idols, and to the people.

فَأخَذُوا كُلَّ سِلاحِهِ وَنَزَعُوا ثِيابَهُ. وَحَمَلُوا بُشْرَى مَوْتِهِ إلَى الشَّعبِ الفِلِسْطِيِّ وَإلَى كُلِّ مَعابِدِ أوثانِهِمْ.
