A nd Jehoiakim gave the silver and the gold to Pharaoh; but he laid a proportional tax on the land to give the money according to the command of Pharaoh: he exacted the silver and the gold of the people of the land, of every one according to his estimation, to give it to Pharaoh-Nechoh.

约 雅 敬 将 金 银 给 法 老 ， 遵 着 法 老 的 命 向 国 民 徵 取 金 银 ， 按 着 各 人 的 力 量 派 定 ， 索 要 金 银 ， 好 给 法 老 尼 哥 。
