Faraonul Neco l-a pus rege pe Eliachim, fiul lui Iosia, în locul tatălui său şi i-a schimbat numele în Iehoiachim. Iar pe Iehoahaz l-a luat şi l-a dus în Egipt, unde a şi murit.
