B ecause they have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, that they might provoke me to anger with all the work of their hands, therefore my fury is kindled against this place, and shall not be quenched.

Porque me abandonaram e queimaram incenso a outros deuses, provocando a minha ira por meio de todos os ídolos que as mãos deles têm feito, a chama da minha ira arderá contra este lugar e não será apagada’.
