A nd Hezekiah prayed before Jehovah and said, Jehovah, God of Israel, who sittest the cherubim, thou, the Same, thou alone art the God of all the kingdoms of the earth: thou hast made the heavens and the earth.

And Hezekiah prayed: O Lord, the God of Israel, Who is enthroned above the cherubim, You are the God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made the heavens and the earth.
