A nd Hezekiah king of Judah sent to the king of Assyria to Lachish, saying, I have sinned; retire from me: I will bear what thou layest upon me. And the king of Assyria laid upon Hezekiah king of Judah three hundred talents of silver and thirty talents of gold.

Entonces Ezequías, rey de Judá, envió a decir al rey de Asiria en Laquis: He hecho lo malo. Retírate de mí; lo que me impongas, aceptaré. Y el rey de Asiria impuso a Ezequías, rey de Judá, trescientos talentos de plata y treinta talentos de oro.
