A nd he said, Take them alive! And they took them alive, and slew them at the well of the meeting-place, forty-two men; and he left not one of them remaining.

فَقالَ ياهُو: «أمسِكُوا بِهِمْ أحياءً.» فَأمسَكُوا بِهِمْ أحياءَ. وَكانَ عَدَدُهُمُ اثْنَينِ وَأربَعِينَ رَجُلاً. فَقَتَلَهُمْ عِندَ البِئْرِ قُرْبَ بَيتِ عَقْدٍ، وَلَمْ يَعفُ عَنْ أحَدٍ مِنهُمْ. ياهُو يُلاقِي يَهُوناداب
