A nd the king of Israel assembled the prophets, about four hundred men, and said to them, Shall I go against Ramoth-Gilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And they said, Go up, and the Lord will give it into the king's hand.

Da sammelte der König Israels Propheten bei vierhundert Mann und sprach zu ihnen: Soll ich gen Ramoth in Gilead ziehen, zu streiten, oder soll ich's lassen anstehen? Sie sprachen: Zieh hinauf! der HERR wird's in die Hand des Königs geben.
