1 Kings 2:22 ~ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻷﻭ 2:22

A nd king Solomon answered and said to his mother, And why dost thou ask Abishag the Shunammite for Adonijah? ask for him the kingdom also; for he is mine elder brother; even for him, and for Abiathar the priest, and for Joab the son of Zeruiah.

فَأجابَ المَلِكُ سُلَيْمانُ أُمَّهُ: «لِماذا تَطلُبِينَ إلَيَّ أنْ أُعطِيَ أبِيشَجَ لِأدُونِيّا؟ فَلِماذا لا تَطلُبِينَ إلَيَّ أنْ أجعَلَهُ المَلِكَ أيضاً؟ ألَيسَ هُوَ أخِي الأَكبَرُ مِنِّي. وَلا شَكَّ أنَّ الكاهِنَ أبِياثارَ وَيُوآبَ بنَ صُرُوِيَّةَ سَيَدعَمانِهِ.»
