A nd the king took counsel, and made two calves of gold. And he said to them, It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem: behold thy gods, Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt!

Y habiendo tenido consejo, hizo el rey dos becerros de oro, y dijo al pueblo: Bastante habéis subido a Jerusalén; he aquí tus dioses, oh Israel, los cuales te hicieron subir de la tierra de Egipto.
