A nd David came to Baal-perazim, and David smote them there; and he said, Jehovah has broken in upon mine enemies before me, as the breaking forth of waters. Therefore he called the name of that place Baal-perazim.

Entonces David fue a Baal Perasín, y allí los venció. Por eso dijo: «El Señor se abrió paso entre las filas enemigas, como si fuera una corriente impetuosa», y llamó a ese lugar «Baal Perasín.»
