A nd David sent messengers to Ishbosheth Saul's son, saying, Deliver me my wife Michal, whom I espoused to me for a hundred foreskins of the Philistines.

وَأرْسَلَ داوُدُ رُسُلاً إلَى إيشْبُوشَثَ بْنِ شاوُلَ يَقُولُ لَهُ: «أعْطِني زَوجَتِي مِيكالَ التي خَطَبْتُها بِقَتلِ مِئَةِ فِلِسْطيٍّ.»
