A nd the king commanded Joab and Abishai and Ittai, saying, gently for my sake with the young man Absalom. And all the people heard when the king gave all the captains charge concerning Absalom.

Mbreti u dha këtë urdhër Joabit, Abishait dhe Itait: "Për hirin tim, silluni me kujdes me të riun Absalom!". Tërë populli e dëgjoi kur mbreti e dha këtë urdhër të gjithë komandantëve lidhur me Absalomin.
