A nd he took the crown of their king from off his head, the weight of which was a talent of gold with precious stones; and it was on David's head; and he brought forth the spoil of the city in great abundance.

ثمَّ خَلَعَ التّاجَ مِنْ عَلَى رَأْسِ مَلِكِها. كانَ تاجاً مِنَ الذَّهَبِ عَلَيهِ حَجَرٌ كَرِيمٌ. فَكانَ التَّاجُ يزِنُ نَحْوَ قِنطارٍ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ. وَسَبَى داوُدُ مِنَ المدينَةِ الكَثيرَ مِنَ الأشياءِ الثّمينَةِ.
