B ut the dove found no resting-place for the sole of her foot, and returned to him into the ark; for the waters were on the whole earth; and he put forth his hand, and took her, and brought her to him into the ark.

But the dove found no resting-place on which to roost, and she returned to him to the ark, for the waters were on the face of the whole land. So he put forth his hand and drew her to him into the ark.
