A nd he blessed them that day, saying, In thee will Israel bless, saying, God make thee as Ephraim and Manasseh! And he set Ephraim before Manasseh.

El i -a binecuvîntat în ziua aceea, şi a zis:,, Numele tău îl vor întrebuinţa Israeliţii cînd vor binecuvînta, zicînd:, Dumnezeu să Se poarte cu tine cum S'a purtat cu Efraim şi cu Manase!`` Şi a pus astfel pe Efraim înaintea lui Manase.
