A nd Jacob separated the lambs, and set the faces of the flock toward the ringstraked, and all the brown in the flock of Laban; and he made himself separate flocks, and did not put them with Laban's flock.

Iacov a despărţit mieii, iar oile lui Laban le-a pus cu faţa spre oile negre şi pestriţe. El şi-a pus deoparte turmele lui şi nu le-a amestecat cu cele ale lui Laban.
