A nd Abraham rose early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son; and he clave the wood for the burnt-offering, and rose up and went to the place that God had told him of.

Così Abrahamo si alzò al mattino presto, mise il basto al suo asino, prese con sé due dei suoi servi e Isacco suo figlio e spaccò della legna per l'olocausto; poi partì per andare al luogo che DIO gli aveva detto.
