次 日 清 早 ， 百 姓 起 来 ， 在 那 里 筑 了 一 座 坛 ， 献 燔 祭 和 平 安 祭 。

And it cometh to pass on the morrow, that the people rise early, and build there an altar, and cause to ascend burnt-offerings and peace-offerings.
