希 伯 來 書 12:11 ~ Hebrews 12:11

凡 管 教 的 事 ， 当 时 不 觉 得 快 乐 ， 反 觉 得 愁 苦 ； 後 来 却 为 那 经 练 过 的 人 结 出 平 安 的 果 子 ， 就 是 义 。

All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.
