他 因 着 信 ， 就 守 （ 或 作 ： 立 ） 逾 越 节 ， 行 ? 血 的 礼 ， 免 得 那 灭 长 子 的 临 近 以 色 列 人 。

By faith he celebrated the passover and the sprinkling of the blood, that the destroyer of the firstborn might not touch them.
