监 督 也 必 须 在 教 外 有 好 名 声 ， 恐 怕 被 人 毁 谤 ， 落 在 魔 鬼 的 网 罗 里 。

And he must have a good reputation with those outside the church, so that he will not fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
