受 劳 碌 、 受 困 苦 ， 多 次 不 得 睡 ， 又 饥 又 渴 ， 多 次 不 得 食 ， 受 寒 冷 ， 赤 身 露 体 。

I have been in labor and hardship, through many sleepless nights, in hunger and thirst, often without food, in cold and exposure.
