叫 人 活 着 的 乃 是 灵 ， 肉 体 是 无 益 的 。 我 对 你 们 所 说 的 话 就 是 灵 ， 就 是 生 命 。

It is the Spirit Who gives life; the flesh conveys no benefit whatever. The words (truths) that I have been speaking to you are spirit and life.
