因 为 他 们 都 看 见 了 他 ， 且 甚 惊 慌 。 耶 稣 连 忙 对 他 们 说 ： 你 们 放 心 ！ 是 我 ， 不 要 怕 ！

For they all saw Him and were agitated (troubled and filled with fear and dread). But immediately He talked with them and said, Take heart! I Am! Stop being alarmed and afraid.
