城 中 若 吹 角 ， 百 姓 岂 不 惊 恐 呢 ？ 灾 祸 若 临 到 一 城 ， 岂 非 耶 和 华 所 降 的 麽 ？

Shall the shofar be blown in the city and the people not be afraid? Shall there be any evil in the city which the LORD has not done?
