我 要 使 四 风 从 天 的 四 方 刮 来 ， 临 到 以 拦 人 ， 将 他 们 分 散 四 方 （ 原 文 是 风 ） 。 这 被 赶 散 的 人 没 有 一 国 不 到 的 。

And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four corners of heaven; and I will scatter them toward all those winds, and there will be no nation to which the outcasts of Elam will not come.
