沙 番 的 孙 子 亚 希 甘 的 儿 子 基 大 利 向 他 们 和 属 他 们 的 人 起 誓 说 ： 不 要 怕 服 事 迦 勒 底 人 ， 只 管 住 在 这 地 ， 服 事 巴 比 伦 王 ， 就 可 以 得 福 。

And Gedaliah son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, swore to them and their men, saying, Do not be afraid to serve the Chaldeans; dwell in land and serve the king of Babylon, and it shall be well with you.
