主 说 ： 早 先 的 事 ， 我 从 古 时 说 明 ， 已 经 出 了 我 的 口 ， 也 是 我 所 指 示 的 ； 我 忽 然 行 做 ， 事 便 成 就 。

I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass.
