论 古 列 说 ： 他 是 我 的 牧 人 ， 必 成 就 我 所 喜 悦 的 ， 必 下 令 建 造 耶 路 撒 冷 ， 发 命 立 稳 圣 殿 的 根 基 。

It is I Who says of Cyrus, ‘He is My shepherd, and he will do all that I want him to do,’ even saying of Jerusalem, ‘She will be built,’ and of the house of God, ‘Your first stones will be laid again.’”
