若 女 子 的 父 亲 决 不 肯 将 女 子 给 他 ， 他 就 要 按 处 女 的 聘 礼 ， 交 出 钱 来 。

If her father absolutely refuses to give her to him, he shall pay money equal to the dowry for virgins.
