他 使 云 雾 从 地 极 上 腾 ， 造 电 随 雨 而 闪 ， 从 府 库 中 带 出 风 来 。

He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; Who makes lightnings for the rain, Who brings forth the wind from His treasuries.
