他 欺 压 穷 人 ， 且 又 离 弃 ； 强 取 非 自 己 所 盖 的 房 屋 （ 或 译 ： 强 取 房 屋 不 得 再 建 造 ） 。

For he has taken from the poor and left them with nothing. He has taken houses which he has not built.
