从 前 耶 路 撒 冷 也 有 大 君 王 统 管 河 西 全 地 ， 人 就 给 他 们 进 贡 ， 交 课 ， 纳 税 。

There have been mighty kings also over Jerusalem, which have ruled over all countries beyond the river; and toll, tribute, and custom, was paid unto them.
